Trading Hours
For members, the club is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year. But for non-members, staffed times are as follows:
Mon-Thurs: 5:15am-7:15pm
Fri: 5:15am-6:15pm
Sat: 8am – 9am
Sun: 8am-8:45am
F stands for Functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, hear-pumping fun. Call for a trial session today!
